Support Groups at Inner You Clinical Services®
At Inner You Clinical Services®, we believe healing and personal growth can be strengthened through connection, shared experiences, and professional support. Our therapist-led groups provide safe, compassionate, and culturally responsive spaces where participants can feel seen, heard, validated, and understood.
Beginning September 1, 2026, we will offer support groups focused on cancer recovery, menopause, life transitions, and women’s wellness. Each group is designed to provide emotional support, practical coping strategies, education, and meaningful connection with others navigating similar experiences.
Our upcoming groups include:
Cancer Recovery Support Group for women navigating the emotional, relational, and personal impact of cancer diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship.
Menopause Support Group for women experiencing perimenopause, menopause, or postmenopause who want support with mood changes, stress, relationships, identity, sleep, brain fog, and other midlife concerns.
Life Transition Support Group for individuals adjusting to major changes such as divorce, grief, career changes, caregiving, health concerns, retirement, relocation, or entering a new stage of life.
Women’s Wellness Support Group for women seeking support with stress, anxiety, burnout, boundaries, self-esteem, relationships, caregiving demands, and prioritizing their emotional well-being.
Groups will begin forming on September 1, 2026. Individuals interested in participating are encouraged to contact Inner You Clinical Services® to learn more, ask questions, and determine which group may be the best fit.
You do not have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Reach out today to reserve your space or join our interest list.
Cancer Recovery
Cancer may change your body, your relationships, your routines, and the way you see yourself. Even after treatment ends, the emotional impact can continue. The Cancer Recovery Support Group provides a compassionate and culturally responsive space for women navigating life during or after cancer treatment.
This therapist-led group supports participants as they process fear, grief, body-image changes, relationship concerns, medical anxiety, fatigue, identity shifts, and the pressure to “return to normal.” Members will learn practical coping strategies, strengthen emotional resilience, reconnect with themselves, and receive support from women who understand that recovery involves more than physical healing.
Whether you were recently diagnosed, are currently receiving treatment, or are adjusting to survivorship, you do not have to navigate this chapter alone.
Women's Wellness
Women often spend so much time caring for their families, careers, relationships, and communities that their own emotional needs are placed last. The Women’s Wellness Support Group creates space for women to pause, reconnect with themselves, and prioritize their mental and emotional well-being.
This therapist-led group addresses common concerns such as stress, anxiety, burnout, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, people-pleasing, unhealthy boundaries, caregiving fatigue, loneliness, and difficulty making time for self-care. Participants will learn practical coping skills, explore patterns that may be affecting their well-being, and receive encouragement from other women navigating similar experiences.
The group is designed to help women feel seen, heard, validated, and understood while developing healthier boundaries, stronger coping strategies, increased confidence, and a more supportive relationship with themselves.
Menopause Support
Menopause can affect your emotions, relationships, sleep, confidence, concentration, body, and overall quality of life. Yet many women enter this stage feeling unprepared, misunderstood, or unsure where to turn for support.
The Menopause Support Group is a supportive and judgment-free space for women experiencing perimenopause, menopause, or postmenopause. Participants can openly discuss concerns such as mood changes, anxiety, irritability, brain fog, sleep disruption, changing relationships, body-image concerns, workplace stress, intimacy, and the emotional adjustments that often accompany midlife.
Led by a mental health professional, this group combines emotional support, practical coping tools, education, self-advocacy, and meaningful connection. Our goal is to help women better understand what they are experiencing, feel less alone, and move through menopause with greater confidence, compassion, and clarity.
Life Transition
Life transitions can be exciting, painful, uncertain, or all three at the same time. Changes involving relationships, careers, caregiving, health, divorce, grief, relocation, children leaving home, retirement, or personal identity can leave you questioning what comes next.
The Life Transition Support Group offers a safe and encouraging space for adults who are adjusting to significant changes or entering a new season of life. Participants will have an opportunity to process difficult emotions, explore changing roles, rebuild confidence, establish healthy boundaries, and develop practical strategies for managing uncertainty.
This therapist-led group will help you release what no longer serves you, identify what you need in your next chapter, and move forward with greater intention and emotional support.
