As the founder and CEO of Inner You Clinical Services®, I have built a group practice that prioritizes personalized, client-centered care, ensuring each individual receives the support they need to achieve emotional well-being. I work with women seeking guidance through menopause and life transitions.  Menopause can be a time of uncertainty, isolation and fear.  I help women navigate this time in their lives with grace, clarity and the skills to thrive.   I also guide  therapists in Connecticut who are seeking to obtain hours for licensure with clinical supervision.  My passion lies in creating a supportive environment where both clients and practitioners can thrive and reach their full potential.
