PRACTICE BUILDER CIRCLE MEMBERSHIP POLICY

Practice Builder Circle is a monthly virtual business consulting and education group hosted by Danielle W. Turner, LCSW. Membership is $97 per month and includes access to one live group call each month featuring a private practice topic and Q&A. The first call is October 22, 2026, at 7:00 PM Eastern via Zoom. Future dates and topics will be announced to members.

BILLING AND RENEWAL: By purchasing, you authorize recurring charges of $97 each month using your selected payment method until you cancel. Wix will display your plan start date and renewal schedule at checkout. Membership does not include private consulting sessions, clinical supervision, or continuing education credits.

 

BOOKING AND ACCESS: After purchasing, you may need to reserve your place in each monthly call through the booking link provided. Zoom access is for the registered member only and may not be shared. Please join with the name used to register. Dates and times are listed in Eastern Time.

 

CANCELLATION: You may cancel future renewals through your Wix member account or by contacting us before your next charge. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues through the end of the period already paid for. Canceling a reservation for one call does not cancel your monthly membership. We do not offer makeup calls for missed sessions.

 

REFUNDS AND CHANGES: Payments for a billing period already started are nonrefundable, including when a member cannot attend, except where required by law or if we cancel a call and do not offer a reasonable replacement. If we must change a call date, we will notify members by email and offer a replacement date or appropriate credit/refund for the affected call.

 

GROUP EXPECTATIONS: Participation is voluntary. Please treat other members’ business information respectfully and do not share identifiable client information. We ask members to keep group discussions private, but cannot guarantee that other participants will do so. Harassment, solicitation, or sharing the Zoom link may result in removal.

 

SCOPE: Information shared in the Circle is general business education and consulting. It is not therapy, clinical supervision, legal or tax advice, or a guarantee of business results. Members are responsible for checking rules that apply to their own license, location, and practice.
